I’ve spent my career making organizations work better
— and I’m just getting started.

I’m a senior-level administrative and operations professional with experience across corporate, academic, non-profit, and healthcare environments. I’ve held positions from Executive Assistant to Library Director to Integration of Care Coordinator. But what unites every role is the same thread: I build systems, lead people, and solve problems.

Early in my career, I supported PhD-level researchers at Fort Dodge Animal Health (a division of Wyeth Ayerst), working in an FDA-audited, GMP-compliant pharmaceutical environment. I also temped at Bristol-Myers Squibb for more than a year, supporting the Directors of Oncology and Immunology — where I learned how precision, documentation, and compliance drive scientific progress.

Later, I spent 10 years managing the Department of English & Theatre at the University of Scranton, and then 7 years as the Director of Hamlin Community Library — where I served as the organization’s chief executive, reporting to the Board of Directors, managing the budget, leading staff and volunteers, and building a culture of service.

I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Cairn University, which taught me to lead with empathy and build teams where people feel seen and supported. I’ve also taught public speaking and writing at the university level for 11 years — experience that underpins my communication, training, and presentation skills.

Why I do this work: I believe organizations thrive when the people behind them feel supported, the systems around them are clear, and the mission stays at the center. That’s what I help create.
